LTE商用后,3家运营商均面临更为复杂的多网协同问题。从运营商各网络定位及演进路径入手,在回顾多网协同建站决策模型的基础上,从客户行为角度提出多网协同决策模型,为后续多网建设、维护、营销协同提供参考。

With the issuance of LTE licenses, three telecom operators were faced with more problems for multi-network cooperation. Starting with the location and evolution operators of each network path, and based on reviewing the research of the decision-making model of the cooperative network, the multi-network cooperative decision model from the angle of customer behavior was put forward. The model will give suggestion for multl-network cooperation.
