摘要
数字化学习因其所具有的独特优势,已经在企业员工培训领域中受到广泛重视。国外许多企业在应用数字化学习方面有较为丰富的实践经验,这些经验对我国企业引入和发展数字化学习有很好的启示。我国企业在发展数字化学习的过程中,不仅要充分考虑自身的实际情况,制定循序渐进的发展规划,而且要将数字化学习与企业的知识管理和传统培训有机整合在一起。
Digital learning has received extensive attention in the fi eld of enterprise staff training owing to its unique advantages. Many foreign enterprises have rich practical experiences in this respect, and Chinese counterparts could borrow some insights, such as, their particularities shall be taken full consideration into; and plans shall be made for gradual development;most important of all, digital learning shall be integrated with their own knowledge management and traditional training.
