摘要
本文利用行为事件访谈法,问卷调查法、因子分析和结构方程等方法,选择汉语国际教师和学习者作为访谈对象,对访谈记录做主题分析,获取汉语国际教师的97个胜任特征项目,并通过因子分析和结构方程等统计分析技术建构了汉语国际教师胜任力模型。
The present study polled and interviewed international Chinese teachers and students, and made a content analysis of the interview records. 97 competency items for international Chinese teachers were obtained, and factor analysis and structural equation analysis technology were adopted to construct their competency model, which included six subcategories:(1) discipline knowledge, which fall into expertise, cross-disciplinary knowledge, and subject-related abilities and skills;(2) vocational skills, made up of teaching, question resolution, fl exibility, learning materials exploitation, interaction, individualized teaching, guidance, interest stimulation, error correction, and scientifi c research;(3) personality traits, consisting of outgoingness, kindness, patience, carefulness, and open-mindedness;(4) professionalism, composed of scholarship, responsibility, exemplifi cation, and caring;(5) intercultural communication skills, involving foreign language usage, presentation abilities, cross-cultural communication, environment adaptation, cross-cultural integration, self control, and cooperation awareness; and(6) professional development, comprising skills to refl ect, review, learn, plan, and innovate.
