视网膜脱离超声诊断价值

Diagnostic value of ultrasonography in retinae detachment

目的 探讨B型超声对视网膜脱离的诊断价值。方法 通过观察眼内膜病变的位置、形态、程度等情况 ,对 73例经手术治疗证实的视网膜脱离患者进行分析 ,并作出超声诊断。结果 超声对本病的诊断符合率为 98.6 %。视网膜脱离声像图分为两类 :①部分性脱离 ,在玻璃体无回声区见较强带状回声或弧形隆起 ;②完全性脱离在玻璃体无回声区内眼球轴位层面显示“V”字形带状回声。结论 B超对视网膜脱离具有较高的诊断价值 。

Objective To evaluate the value of ultrasonography in the diagnosis of retinae detachment .Methods The ultrasonographic diagnosis was made on the base of observation upon the shape and position of the pathological inner membrane of eyeball.Seventy three patients with amotio retinae were tested and justified by the operations afterward.Results The accurate rate of diagnosis was up to 98.6 %. The ultrasonographic imaging of amotio retinae was divided into two types:one was a partial amotio retinae,in which a brighter resounding band or arc bulge can be seen within vitreum dark space;the another was a complete amotio retinae,in which“V” shaped resounding band could be detected on the pivot level of the inner eyeball.Conclusions B ultrasound is valuable in amotio retinae diagnosis and favorable in the ophthalmic clinic practice.
