摘要
中国饮食文化源远流长,博大精深,其发展历史的源头最早可以追溯到原始社会。本文把古代饮食文化的发展历程分为萌芽阶段、形成时期、发展时期、成熟时期这四个阶段,并详细论述每个阶段的特点及发展变化,以期梳理出中国古代饮食文化发展的大概脉络。
China's food culture has a very long history and rich, extensive and profound content, whose source of historical development could be traced back to the period of the primitive society. This paper divides the source of the ancient food culture of the historical development into such four stages as sprout, formation, de- velopment and maturity.
