油气开发用防膨抑砂剂技术

Technology of anti-swelling suppression sand agent for oil and gas development

根据调研公司在油气开发过程中,油井出砂会引起油层砂埋、砂堵,甚至严重时会引起井壁坍塌,使套管受挤压而损坏,造成油井产量大幅度降低的情况。通过总结现阶段国内解决抑砂问题的方法,即用有机阳离子聚合物、多种助剂复配、组合工艺等方法防砂,提出了合成化学防膨抑砂剂与机械防砂工艺相结合,实现经济与环境友好的双赢,为国内油井防砂提供有效的方法和依据。

According to research on a significant reduction of oil production in the oil and gas development, learn sand production will cause sand buried and sand block for reservoir, also,sand production will cause the wall collapsed,meanwhile,the casing damaged by squeezing.To summarize and analyze both foreign and domestic treatments of suppression sand at present,namely the methods of suppression sand are organic cationic polymer, complex variety of additives,and combined craft process.In this paper, a new effective treatment craft of sand has been brought up,it is synthetic chemical anti-swelling suppression sand agent and mechanical suppression sand combined treatment process,this craft provides approaches and basis for domestic oilfield enterprises in well suppression sand treatment.
