乳腺囊内乳头状癌1例并文献复习

Clinicopathological Features of Intracystic Papillary Carcinoma of Breast

目的探讨乳腺囊内乳头状癌的临床病理特征。方法回顾性分析1例乳腺囊内乳头状癌的临床病理资料,并复习相关文献。方法对1例IPC患者的临床表现及组织病理学改变进行观察和分析,并复习相关文献。结果本例患者临床表现无特异性,大体及镜下表现均为常规囊内乳头状癌特征,免疫表型:ER(+++)、PR(+++)、Her-2(-)、SMA(-)、p53(-)、p63(-)、calponin(-)、TG(-)、TTF-1(-)。结论乳腺囊内乳头状癌比较少见,其诊断需依赖常规病理及免疫表型检查。

Objective To investigate the clinicopathological features of intracystic papillary carcinoma of breast. Methods The clinicopathological data of the 1 case of intracystic papillary carcinoma of breast was analyzed, and the related literatures were reviewed. Results There was no specificity in the clinical manifestation, the pathological features of intracystic papillary carcinoma were observed, the immunohistochemistry stain ： ER （ ＋＋＋ ） , PR （ ＋ ＋＋）, Her-2 （-）, SMA （-）, p53 （-）, p63 （-）, calponin （-）, TG （-）, TTF-1 （-）.Conclusion intracystic papilary carcinoma of breast is a very rare tumor, the diagnosis should be based on the histopathological features and immunohistoehemistry stain.
