Changes of Serum Levels of CA72-4 and CA99 in Patients with Gastric Cancer Before and After Operation

目的探讨胃癌患者手术前后血清中CA72-4、CA199水平变化及在评估疗效中的应用价值。方法入组胃癌患者30例,采用放射免疫法检测患者手术前后血清中CA72-4、CA199水平,并以15例同期健康体检者作为对照。结果胃癌患者手术前血清CA72-4、CA199水平均高于健康体检者(P<0.05)。胃癌根治术后患者血清CA72-4、CA199水平明显低于手术前(P<0.05),而仅行姑息性手术的患者血清CA72-4、CA199水平与手术前相比变化不明显(P>0.05)。结论胃癌患者血清中CA72-4、CA199存在高水平表达,可用于胃癌手术疗效的评估。

Objective To investigate the serum levels of CA72-4 and CA199 of patients with gastric cancer before and after operation and their significance. Methods Radioimmunoassay was used to detect the serum CA72-4 and CA199 levels in the 30 cases of gastric cancer before and ＇after operation, and their levels were detected in the 15 cases of healthy volunteers. Results The serum CA72-4 and CA199 levels in the patients with gastric cancer before operation were higher than those of the healthy volunteers （P 〈 0.05）. The serum CA72-4 and CA199 levels in the patients with gastric cancer after radical operation were lower than those before radical operation （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The serum CA72-4 and CA199 levels in the patients with gastric cancer after radical operation were similar to those before radical operation （P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion The serum levels of CA72-4 and CA199 are high of patients with gastric cancer, their detection can be used to evaluate the efficacy of operation for gastric cancer.
