随着社会主义市场经济的快速发展及教育体制改革的不断深化，部分教师的思想状况发生了变化，师德方面出现了一些不容忽视的问题。研究探讨当前师德方面存在的突出问题，分析其产生原因，并提出解决对策。师德建设是一项复杂而艰巨的系统工程，强调将师德的教育和培养落实在日常的工作之中，积极探索新时期师德建设的新方式、新手段。

With the rapid development of socialist market economy and the deepening reform of education sys- tem, some teachers have changed a lot in their state of minds, there are some rather serious problems at present. It is mainly shown as following： one is the lack of professional dedication; Second, little attention to the class, pla- ying tricks in scientific research; Third, weak educational consciousness; Fourth, poor personal image. Not only the teachersiaersonalities can have an influence on their development, but also the social environment such as the negative effect of market economy, the school management, education system as well. Since the teacher＇s ethics construction is a complicated and arduous systematic project , which requires optimizing top tdesign, strengthening ethics education, enhancing promotion of ethics, stricting appraisal management.
