摘要
采用失重法及电化学方法研究了Q345E钢在模拟海水溶液(3.5%NaCl)中的腐蚀行为.结果表明:Q345E钢自腐蚀电位前期急剧下降,实验后期逐渐趋于稳定;腐蚀初期腐蚀介质充足且发生吸氧腐蚀使Q345E钢的腐蚀速率较大,随着浸泡腐蚀时间的延长及腐蚀产物的附着,腐蚀速率逐渐减小,在腐蚀后期因附着产物脱落而增大.
The corrosion behavior of Q345E steel in the simulated seawater (3.5% NaC1) was studied using weight loss method and electrochemical method. The results showed that, the corrosion potential of Q345E steel declined sharply in pre stage and gradually sta- bilized in later stage; the adequate corrosion medium and oxygen-consuming corrosion made corrosion rate of Q345E steel large in the initial period ; with the increase of the immersion corrosion time and the adhesion of the corrosion products, the corrosion rate gradually decreases, but finally increases in post-etching due to the falling of the corrosion products.
