摘要
[目的]为烟草甲的行为调控防治和监测提供新的方法。[方法]在实验室内研究全麦粉挥发物和烟草甲信息素提取物对烟草甲成虫的引诱效果。[结果]结果表明,全麦粉挥发物和烟草甲信息素提取物对烟草甲成虫均具有较强的引诱作用,而且二者适当剂量的混合物对烟草甲成虫的引诱作用与商品烟草甲信息素诱芯引诱作用相当。[结论]全麦粉挥发物和烟草甲信息素提取物具有开发为烟草甲引诱剂的巨大潜力。
[Objective]The aim was to provide a new method for controlling and monitoring of behavior regulation of Lasioderma serricorne ( Coleoptera:Anobiidae). [Method]The atractiveness of whole wheat flour and pheromone extract to Lasiodermaserricorne(Coleopter- a:Anobiidae) adults were investigated in laboratory. [Result]The results showed that both whole wheat flour and pheromone extract exhibited strong at- tractiveness to L. serricorne adults, and the mixture of whole wheat flour and pheromone extract, at the suitable of do- ges, had similar attractiveness to commercial trap chip with L. serricorne sex pheromone. [Conclusion] Therefore, whole wheat flour and pheromone extract had huge potential as attractant for trapping L. serricorne.
