绝经后激素替代治疗84例分析

目的 :雌激素替代治疗 (ERT)用于绝经后妇女 ,绝经后因卵巢功能衰退 ,体内雌激素水平下降 ,可出现各种症状 ,并导致骨质疏松及心血管疾病。方法 :妇复春胶囊是我国研制含有微量雌激素、孕激素及各种维生素及钙剂 ,长期服用均无副作用。结果 :84例患者服用 1个月后 ,重症者症状明显减轻 ,轻症者症状消失。结论 :妇女绝经后补充雌激素替代治疗已成为缓解绝经后由于体内雌激素水平低下 ,促卵泡素升高出现的一系列丘脑与植物神经系统平衡失调症状的一种主要手段。妇复春胶囊改善了绝经后出现的各种症状 ,84例患者坚持服药 。

Objective: ERT (Estrogen Replace Treatment) is suited to menopause women. After menopause, There are many kinds of symptoms initiated by functional decline of ovary and estrogen decrease, and they can lead to osteoporosis and heart blood vessel disease. Methods: FUFUCHUN capsule is a new medicine composed of trace amount estrogen, pregnant hormone, calcium and many kinds of vitamins. It doesn't produce any side effect after long time use. Results: After being used by eighty four patients for one month, symptom abated clearly for serious patients and disappeared for ailment patients. Conclusion: It is an important method for ERT to resolve a series of imbalance of thalamencephalon and vegetable nerve system which is derived from low level estrogen and increasing of follicle stimulating hormone. FUFUCHUN capsule can obviously improve all kinds of symptom, which appeared after menopause. Eighty four woman patients have adhered to take this capsule, their menopause symptom don't appear again, besides their health and their sexual intercourse becoming very concordance. Their life quality has improved greatly.
