Pay attention to pulmonary tumor thrombotic microangiopathy

摘要 最近，Uruga等报告了30例经尸检证实的肺肿瘤血栓性微血管病患者 （ pulmonary tumor thrombotic mieroangiopathy, PTTM），较之以往零星的报道，该文更系统地对FITM进行了描述。PTTM是肿瘤患者一种严重而少见的并发症，目前尚未引起国内临床医生关注。研究报道，因肿瘤死亡患者的PTTM的发生率为1．4％，
