摘要
本文运用文献资料法、专家访谈法、问卷调查法、数理统计法、逻辑分析法,对河南省示范性高中篮球教学现状进行调查,并分析其存在的主要问题及原因,发现河南省示范性高中从事篮球教学的师资队伍的最高学历和职称结构比较合理;教学年限和运动经历基本合理;学校篮球教学改革进展还不甚理想;个别学校领导对体育教学不够重视;从事篮球教学的师资队伍参加专业培训较少。
With the methods of literature material, expert interview, questionnaire survey, mathematical statistics and logical analysis, this paper has an investigation of the present situation of basketball teaching in Henan model high schools and analyzes its main problems and reasons. It finds that the official academic credentials and ti- tle structure of basketball teaching faculty of the model high schools in Henan reasonable; their teaching years and exercise experience is almost reasonable; basketball teaching reform progress is not very ideal; some school leaders don't attach enough importance to the sports teaching and basketball teachers seldom participate in professional training.
