摘要
采用文献资料、逻辑推理等方法,对学生体质下降原因进行分析,旨在探讨实施和谐的体育教学、增强学生体质健康。提出:体育教学领域目标是直接影响体育教学中能否坚持健康第一、终身体育意识培养的主要因素;对体育教学领域目标认识不够深入、明确导致体育教学不和谐。
This article analyzes the reason of students" physical deterioration with the methods of literature,logic reasoning, which aims to explore the implementation of harmonious sports teaching to enhance students" physical health. It points out that sports teaching goal is the main factor of directly affecting whether sports teaching is harmonious and health first, lifelong sports consciousness cultivation; insufficient understanding of sports teaching goal di- rectly leads to physical education teaching is not harmonious.
