摘要
目的探讨尿液和血液中β-HCG含量的相关性,寻求它们之间的关系。方法用电化学发光技术分别测定不同组别血清标本和尿液标本中的pHcG含量,计算血液标本和尿液标本中β-HCG的相关系数,并做t检验。结果血液和尿液中pHcG直线回归方程为:Y血液=1.132X尿液±1069。结论健康妊娠孕妇及异位妊娠者血液和尿液中pHCG的含量呈明显直线相关性(r-0.890,P〈O.001)。
Objective To explore the correlation between β-HCG content in urine and blood,to seek the relationship between them. Methods Determination of β-HCG contents were different groups of sera and urine specimens in the technology led by electrochemical method,calculated the correlation coefficient of β-HCG in blood samples and urine samples, and t test. Results Beta HCG in the blood and urine for the linear regression equation: Yblood= 1. 132Xurine ±1095. Conclusion Normal pregnancy, ectopic pregnancy and pregnant women in the blood and urine is obvious linear correlation between the content of β-HCG(r=0. 890,P〈0. 001).
