2006年和2011年体检人群空腹血脂纵向变化

Longitudinal changes of fasting plasma lipid among health check-up in 2006 and 2011

目的通过分析10741例固定体检者在2006年和2011年的血脂检测数据，了解体检人群在近6年血脂水平和分布特征变化。方法2006年和2011年两年都来华东疗养院10741例体检者为此次研究对象，将人群分别按2011年年龄和性别分组，比较体检人群这两年的血脂检测水平和血脂异常率。结果201]年体检人群高胆固醇血症检出率为15．2％明显高于2006年11．3％（X2=87．58，P=0．000〈0．05），2006年各年龄组TC平均水平和高胆固醇血症检出率随年龄增大均有增加趋势；与2006年相比，2011年TG平均水平有明显下降趋势（P=0．000〈0．05），TG血症平均检出率也有下降趋势（X2=24．14，P=0．000〈0．05），以男性各年龄组下降趋势最为明显；2011年体检人群高LDLC血症检出率明显高于2006年（X2=3．93，P=0．047〈0．05）；虽然2011年多组HDLC平均水平较2006年有所提高（P=0．000〈0．05），但低HDLC血症检出率却无明显变化（X2=2．410，P=0.121〉0．05）。2006年和2011年体检人群血脂异常检出率分别为42．6％和42．4％（X2=0．109，P=0．741〉0．05），差异无统计学意义。结论体检人群血脂异常在近6年发生了结构性变化。被调查人群在过去6年血脂异常检出率没有明显升高，说明体检人群在控脂降脂方面有一定效果。

Objective In order to learn changes of blood lipoids among fixed health check subjects,a number of 10 741 blood lipoids data in 2006 and 2011 were analyzed. Methods 10 741 health check-up subjects were divided into different groups by their sex and age in 2011 ,then the lipoids level and detection rates of abnormal blood lipoids between groups were compared. Results The detection rate of hypercholesterolemia was 11.3 % in 2006, and up to 15.2% in 2011（X2 =87.58,P=0. 000〈0. 05） ,the average level and detection rate of total cholesterol in each group increased with age in 2006. Compared to the year of 2006, the average level of triglyceride had a obvious downtrend （P=0. 000〈0.05） ,especially in man. The detection rate of abnormal low density lipoprotein cholesterol in 2011 was apparently higher than the one in 2006（X2 =3.93, P= 0. 047〈0.05）. Although the average level of high density Iipoprotein cholesterol in 2011 had increased, the ratio of abnormal high density lipoprotein cholesterol had no obvious difference between 2006 and 2011（X2 =2. 410 ,P=0. 121〉0.05）. The dyslipidemia ratio of the health check-up subjects was 42.6% in 2006 and 42.4% in 2011 （X2=0. 109,P=0. 741〉0.05）. Conclusion The detection rate of dys lipidemia had no obvious uptrend,it may imply that there were good effects on health check subjects.
