2247对初诊不孕不育夫妇生殖道沙眼衣原体及解脲支原体检测分析 被引量:3

摘要 目的了解不孕不育夫妇生殖道沙眼衣原体(cT)及解脲支原体(UU)感染状况,为临床诊疗提供试验依据。方法2247对来该院生殖中心初诊的不孕不育夫妇取精液或宫颈分泌物,应用实时荧光定量聚合酶链反应(FQPCR)技术同时进行CT及uU检测。结果2247对不孕不育夫妇中男性CT感染率1.5%,UU感染率29.2%,CT和Uu混合感染率0.4%;女性CT感染率2.3%,uU感染率49.3%,CT和UU混合感染率1.3%;男女性CT共惠率0.6%,UU共患率17.7%,CT和UU混合共患率0.3%。将患者按年龄分为小于或等于24、25~34、35~44、45~54、≥55岁5个组,其中男性CT和UU感染率分别为0和27.7%、1.6%和30.7%、1.6%和27.9%、0和27.2%、0和25.0%,女性CT和uu感染率分别为1.7%和45.2%、2.6%和49.7%、1.9%和49.3%、0和46.4%、0和0,男女性的CT及uU感染率与年龄不相关。结论CT和UU感染与育龄夫妇不孕不育密切相关,对不孕不育夫妇同时进行CT和uu的常规检测有利于不育原因的分析,也有助于及时控制和治疗各种生殖道疾病,减少并发症的发生,从而提高育龄夫妇的生殖健康水平。 Objective To observe the infection statas of Chlaydia trachomatis(CT) and Ureaplasma urealyticum(UU) in infertile couples and provide experimental evidences for clinical diagnosis and therapy. Methods Fluorescence quantitative polymerase chain reaction(FQ-PCR) was performed on 2 247 semen or cervical secretions obtained from preliminary diagnostic infertile couples for CT and UU detection. Results The results of 2 247 cases of reproductive tract infections in men showed that CT infection rate was 1.5% ,UU infection rate was 29.2% ,and CT and UU mixed infection rate was 0.4%. The results in women showed that CT infection rate was 2.3% ,UU infection rate was 49.3 %, and CT and UU mixed infection rate was 0.3%. The patients were divided into five groups:less than 25 years old,25 to 34 years old,35 to 44 years old,45 to 54 years and more than 54 years old,the positive rates of CT and UU in men were 0 and 27.7%,1. 754 and 30. 754,1.6% and 27.9%,0 and 27.2%,0 and 25.0% ,respectively and in women were 1.7% and 45.2% ,2.6% and 49.7% ,1.9% and 49.3% ,0 and 46.4% ,0 and 0,respectively. Infection rates of CT and UU had no correlation with age in men and women. Conclusion It was showed that CT and UU infection is closely related to infertility. Conventional detection of CT and UU is helpful in analyzing the cause of infertility, controlling and treatment of reproductive tract diseases in time and reducing the occurrence of complications,so as to improve the level of reproductive health of couples at the child-bearing age.
