糖化血红蛋白在糖尿病并发症中的应用价值

摘要 目的了解2型糖尿病患者糖化血红蛋白(HbAlc)水平与空腹血糖(FBG)及其发生并发症风险的相关性。方法对103例糖尿病患者检测HbA1c及FBG,同时测定50例已排除糖尿病的健康体检者HbA1c及FBG作为健康对照组,并对应临床有无并发症进行相关分析,作统计学检查。结果对照组HbAlc为(4.96±0.85),FBG为(5.18±0.88),糖尿病组HbAlc为(7.99±2.60),FBG为(10.46±2.56),无并发症组HbAlC为(6.35±1.31),FBG为(6.81-±1.82),有并发症组HbA1c为(9.42±2.17),FBG为(12.85±3.81)。结论糖尿病患者的HbA1c及FBG明显高于健康对照组(P〈0.01),糖尿病伴有并发症患者的HbA1c明显高于无并发症者(P〈0.01),且HbA1c和FBG之间存在正相关关系(P〈0.01)。因此,HbA1c是糖尿病病情控制及其对并发症的发生、发展极为重要的因素。
