摘要
以建筑企业管理信息系统及OHSAS18000职业健康安全管理认证体系为例,分别基于Bass模型和NUI扩散模型对建筑技术创新扩散的演化规律及其关键影响因素展开研究。结果表明NUI模型与建筑技术创新扩散的实际情况符合度良好,进一步揭示了建筑企业管理信息系统及OHSAS18000认证体系扩散演化的规律。从这两项技术特征变化的角度对创新扩散演化规律进行了解释。
To Use the Nonuniform influence (NUI) model and BASS model to study the diffusion of management information system (MIS) technology and OHSAS18000 certification in the chinese construction industry. The research findings point out that the NUI model performs significantly better than previously used models and that internal rather than exter- nal influence plays a predominant role in the diffusion of both types of innovation. The research findings provide additional insights into the diffusion of MIS technology and OHSAS18000 certification which could not be captured by the previously used diffusion models. They show that internal influence on the diffusion of MIS technology increases with passage of time and that internal influence on the diffusion OHSAS18000 certification decreases with passage of time. The research has academic importance because it addresses the limitations of previous innovation diffusion research and provides quantitative insights into the diffusion of innovations ; knowledge that is lacking in the construction management literature.
