领导风格对员工工作绩效的影响:基于工程项目团队的实证研究 被引量:7

摘要 对领导风格通过组织公民行为影响员工工作绩效的过程进行了理论分析和实证研究,在相关理论及学者研究成果的基础上,结合工程项目管理领域中不同雇佣关系下员工的行为特征,构建了理论框架,并进行了实证研究,得出以下结论:①变革型领导风格和交易型领导风格对员工组织公民行为的影响在不同雇佣关系下存在一定的差异性;②变革型领导风格能够有效提升正式员工关系绩效和任务绩效,但对非正式员工绩效的影响作用较弱,仅智力启发有助于提升员工任务绩效;③交易型领导风格可以有效提升正式员工关系绩效和任务绩效,但对非正式员工的影响作用较弱。
