借鉴成就系统理念的工程管理教育

Engineering Management Education Inspired by the Idea of Achievement System

针对我国工程管理教育中存在的学生实践能力不强等问题以及社会发展对工程管理从业者的新要求,借鉴在游戏中广泛应用的成就系统理念,提出一种能适当放开教学环节对学生的束缚,为学生提供更大自主创新和实践空间,能提高学生学习主动性、创造性的工程管理教育模式,为工程管理专业教学提供一种新的改革思路。

Considering about the problems of students＇lack of practical capacity which exists in engineering management education during the new industrialization process, and the new requirements for professionals of Engineering management, this article is inspired by the idea of achievement system which is widely adopted in games. We want to explore a properly engineering management education model to release students＇ shackles of teaching and provide students with bigger space for initiative,innovation and interest of learning, and then provide a new notion for engineering management teaching reform.
