摘要
在分析直线电机位置控制存在问题的基础上,实现了直线电机精准位置控制。将Matlab和DSP完美地结合起来,完成了在Matlab/Simulink中创建M文件,编译生成DSP代码,从而达到直线电机精准位置控制的目的。并针对目前精密加工设备对工艺的要求,设计了直线电机积分分离的PID控制器。建立了直线电机控制的Matlab仿真模型,运行结果表明,直线电机的位置跟随性得到改善,位置控制性能有所提高。
Based on the analysis of problems about linear motor position control,the precise position control of LM was realized.The Matlab was combined with DSP perfectly,created M-file in the Matlab/Simulink,and compiled DSP code,so as to achieve the purpose of linear motor's precise position control.Designed an integral separated PID regulator,to meet the requirement of precision processing equipment.Building the Matlab/Simulink model,the results show that the performance of LM position control is improved.
