摘要
研究了储油罐的变位识别与罐容表标定问题,针对目前储油罐在使用中存在的罐容表变化的问题,提出了罐容表标定的方法.利用定积分的方法分别求出未变位和变位后罐内容积和油面高度之间的解析表达式.通过数据,借助于Matlab软件,拟合出系统误差与高度的关系式,剔除表达式与实验值间存在的系统误差,从而建立无变位和变位后体积与高度较为精确的数学模型,并分析了变位对罐容表的影响.最后利用模型给出了罐体变位后油位高度间隔为10 cm的罐容表标定值和变位后未重新标定的罐容量相对误差.
The identification of storage tanks and tank capacity table calibration was studied. For the capacity table change problem in the current use of the existing tanks,a tank capacity table calibration method is proposed. The analytical expresses of the relationship between the tank volume and oil level before and after deflecting are respectively obtained. By means of Matlab software and the data relationship express between system error and oil level is fitted,with excluding the error precise mathematical models for relationship between the volume and oil level before and after deflection are establshed. Finally,the tank volume relative errors without recalibrating after deflection are listed and tank capacity table calibration every 10 centimeters after deflecting is given by using the model.
