摘要
以中国制造业领域的23个主要行业为例,根据人因工程学应用领域与技术条件的协调性,采用乘法加权综合评价方法,构建了基于模糊层次分析法的人因工程学社会化应用潜力评价模型.该模型对人因工程学社会化应用潜力进行了整体宏观定量评价和不同行业分类排序,并指出了人因工程学与行业关联度、行业经济发展水平、行业研发强度、行业技术创新机会等是影响人因工程社会化应用潜力的重要因素,对合理评价人因工程学的社会应用价值、制定人因工程学的社会化开发应用战略及实施"以人为本"的和谐发展具有重要意义.
Taking 23 major sectors of the manufacturing industry for an example,according to the compatibility of object and condition of human factors engineering socialization and application,a potentiality evaluation model of human factors engineering socialization and application based on fuzzy analytic hierarchy process is established by using the comprehensive evaluation method of the weighted multiplication. The model carries out macro quantitative assessment,classification and sorting of human factors engineering socialization and application potentialities of different sectors,and pointes out that the related degree of human factors engineering and industries,the level of economic development,R&D intensity,opportunities for technological innovation are the important influencing factors of human factors engineering socialization and application. The above results are very important for reasonable evaluating of human factors engineering socialization and application potentiality,formulating the human factors engineering socialization and application strategy,implementing the harmonious development of“people-oriented”.
