Analysis of Cleaner Production Potentials of Enterprise in Xinjiang by Taking Xinjiang Zhongtai Chemisitry Huatai Heavy Chemical Engineering Limited Liability Company as an Example

在对清洁生产潜力分析方法简要介绍的基础上,引入Umberto(R)物流管理软件,对华泰化工公司PVC生产线进行建模分析、评估,查找浪费环节,提高企业资源能源利用水平,同时为其它企业进行类似分析提供思路。

Based on a brief introduction of analyzing methods about the potential of cleaner production, Umberto logis-tics management software was introduced to study the cleaner production potential of Zhongtai Chemical Engineering Company. Simulation, analysis and evaluation were conducted on PVC production line, so as to improve the utilization rate of source and energy of enterprise, and to provide ideas for similar study in other enterprise at the same time.
