Effect and postoperative treatment on endoscopic sinus surgery

目的 :探索提高内窥镜鼻窦手术疗效的术后处理方法。方法 :通过对 30 0例内窥镜鼻窦手术术后的定期随访和不同时期恰当的处理 ,分析其与疗效的关系。结果 :30 0例内窥镜鼻窦手术病人术后 1年有效率为 82 .3%。结论 :术后合理用药及恰当的术后处理和定期鼻内窥镜随访能提高手术疗效。

Objective.In order to investigate the method of postoperative treatment on endoscopic sinus surgery (ESS) for improving the effect.Method.Three hundred patients with sinusitis and nasal polyps undergone ESS had been followed up and treated suitably in each period.There were 184 males and 116 females,ranging in age from 12 to 71 years old.The clinical types and stages were type Ⅱ and stageⅠin 9,type Ⅱand stageⅡin 179,typeⅡand stage Ⅲin 44,typeⅢin 68,and loss smell in 64/300.The approach endoscopy were radical endoscopy in 112,functional endoscopy in 188.Result.The effective rate to sinusitis was 82 3% (247/300) during one year following up,and the smell recurrence rate was 90 6% (58/64).The recurrence rate of nasal polyps were 14 0% (42/300).Conclusion.A suitable postoperative treatment and medical therapy and reasonable regular following up by endoscopy could improve the effect.
