非学历继续教育是开放大学两大办学任务之一。开放大学非学历继续教育存在着重视不够、机制不活、理念不开放和社会认可度低等问题。改革机制、创新观念、优化结构、加大项目开发、提高质量和服务、提升品牌形象等措施的实施是开放大学非学历继续教育持续快速发展的重要保障。

Non-degree continuing education is one of the two teaching tasks of the open university. There still exist such problems as less attention, mechanism not alive, concept not open and low social ap- proval. The important guarantee of sustained and rapid development of non-degree continuing education in the open university lies in countermeasures as reforming mechanism, innovating concept, optimizing struc- ture, increasing development projects, improving quality and service, promoting brand image.
