头-体针对缺血性脑卒中患者步行功能的影响研究

The Effect of Needling on Lower Limb Function in Hemiplegic Patients after Stroke

目的探讨头-体针对缺血性脑卒中患者步行功能的影响。方法将60例缺血性脑卒中患者按随机数字表法分为对照组与试验组,各30例。对照组采用基础治疗和常规康复治疗,试验组在基础治疗和常规康复治疗的基础上采用头-体针法治疗8周。于治疗前、治疗4周后、治疗8周后对患者髋、膝关节能量、支撑力矩、摆动力矩进行测定比较。结果治疗前相比,两组髋、膝关节能量、支撑力矩、摆动力矩差异均无统计意义(P>0.05);与对照组比较,试验组治疗4周后、治疗8周后髋关节能量、支撑力矩、摆动力矩和治疗8周后膝关节能量、支撑力矩、摆动力矩及治疗4周后膝关节摆动力矩均优于对照组,差异有统计意义(P<0.05)。结论头-体针针刺方法可以增大脑卒中患者下肢运动过程中髋、膝关节支撑与摆动力矩及力,提高步行功能。

Objective To investigate the effect of needling on lower limb function in hemiplegic patients after stroke. Methods Totally 60 patients with ischemic stroke were enrolled in this study, and they divided randomly into control group （n = 30） and treatment group （n = 30） . The control group were treated with basic treatment and rehabilitation therapy for 8 weeks. Besides the basic treatment and the rehabilitation therapy, the treatment group were also treated with traditional tech- niques of needling for 8 weeks. The energy, support moments, and shaking moments of the hip joint and knee joint were measured at the beginning of the treatment, 4 weeks and 8 weeks after treatment. Results Before the treatment, there was no significant difference on all study variables between the two groups （ P 〉 0. 05 ） . The energy, support moment and shaking moment of the hip joint at 4 weeks and 8 weeks after the treatment as well as the shaking moment of the knee joint at 4 weeks, the energy, support moment and shaking moment of the knee joint at 8 weeks after the treatment were all significantly higher in the treatment group than those in the control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ） . Conclusion The needing treatment can improve lower limb function in hemiplegic patients after stroke.
