浅论北宋“保马法”

The “Horse Policy” in Song Dynasty

自公元970年北宋建立至1127年结束,其存在的一百六十七年间夷狄威胁相伴始终,因此政府重视马政建设,并对马政之保马法进行了一系列改革。文章主要从北宋保马法的形成背景、发展脉络和历史评价三个方面予以浅论。

The Northern Song （970 -1127） had been accompanied with the threat of bar- barians since the very beginning. Therefore, the government paid more attention to military horse system with a series of reform policies. This study concerns the background,development and historical comment of the laws protecting horses in the Northern Song Dynasty.
