我国高校图书馆学科馆员制度建设思考

On the Establishment of Academic Librarian System in China's Higher Education

完善学科馆员制度是我国高校图书馆的发展趋向,图书馆图书情报服务需要学科化、专业化。我国高校引入学科馆员制度十多年来取得一定成效,也存在诸多问题。欧美高校图书馆学科馆员制度已经非常成熟,值得借鉴。建立健全学科馆员制度,为学校教学科研工作提供高效的图书情报服务,是我国许多高校图书馆当务之急。

Establishing the academic librarian system is the trend for college and university libraries in China. Library information service should be discipline-based and professional. Though subject librarian system has made certain achievement in the latest decade there are still many problems. The European and American libraries in higher education system have a set of mature experiences that make work as reference for us. To establish a complete system of aca- demic librarians is the most important task for them to provide efficient information service for academic research and teaching.
