污泥深度脱水技术在城市污泥处理处置中的应用 被引量:22

摘要 深度脱水工艺是指脱水后污泥含水率达到55%~65%,特殊条件下污泥含水率还可以更低。该文介绍了污泥深度脱水技术在我国的发展现状和应用前景。通过分析目前上海在污泥处理处置中遇到的问题和解决对策,并结合上海白龙港污泥深度脱水项目实例,总结该工艺在工程设计、污泥调理、设备选型和运行管理中的一些经验。 The definition of sludge deep dewatering process requires water content of dewatered sludge to reach 55 % - 65 % or even lower by special way. The development status and application prospect of sludge deep dewatering process in China was introduced. By analyzing the problem and in Shanghai municipal sludge treatment and the case of Shanghai BaiLonggang sludge deep dewatering project, project design, sludge conditioning, equipment selection and operation management were summarized.
