乙型肝炎血清免疫标志物与病毒核酸含量的相关性研究

The correlation research of detecting the quantity of HBV DNA and the HBV M

目的通过对乙肝血清免疫标志物(HBV M)与乙肝病毒核酸(HBV DNA)的检测,探讨它们与HBV之间的关系及临床意义。方法选择乙肝患者100例,根据HBV DNA含量高低分为A、B、C三组,分别采用化学发光法和荧光定量聚合酶链反应(FQ-PCR)法检测HBV M与HBV DNA含量。结果抗-HBs、抗-HBc没有显著变化(P>0.05);A组与B组、B组与C组的比较中只有HBeAg差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);A组与C组比较HBsAg有显著差异(P<0.05),尤以抗-HBe、HBeAg差异最为显著(P<0.01)。在HBV M阳性标本中HBsAg、抗-HBs与抗-HBc含量与HBV DNA之间没有相关性。HBeAg含量随着HBV DNA含量增高而增高,HBV DNA与HBeAg之间呈正相关关系(r=0.531),而抗-HBe含量随着HBV DNA含量增高而逐渐下降,它们之间呈负相关关系(r=-0.339)。结论 HBV DNA的定量检测对乙肝早期诊断、病毒复制水平以及抗病毒治疗效果评价等提供了非常准确可靠的信息。HBV M的定量检测为乙肝数据管理奠定基础。

Objective To detect the quantity of HBV DNA to HBV M in paients with HBV and investgate the cor- relationship and clinical significance. Methods The same sample was used in both HBV M and HBV DNA detection. Using ChemiIluminescence array（CLIA） and the fIuorogenic quantitative polymerase chain reaction（FQ-PCR） was used to measured HBV M and HBV DNA content. Results After comparing each group, Anti-HBs and anti-HBc have no significant difference（P〉0.05）, the differenc of HBeAg had statistical significanc （P〈0.01）by comparing group A and B,group B and C. By comparing group A and C, there was difference between the content of HBsAg about group A and C （P〈0.05） ,the differenc is significant between anti-HBe and HBeAg（P〈0.01）. There is no correlation between the content of HBV DNA and the content of HBsAg,anti-HBs and anti-HBc. The quantity of HBeAg raised with in- crease of the content of HBV DNA. HBV DNA was positively correlated with HBeAg statistically（γ= 0. 531）. The quantity of Anti-HBe decline with increase of the quantity of HBV DNA. HBV DNA had the minus relativity to the Anti-HBe（γ=-0. 339）. Conclusion The HBV DNA quantitative determination provide accurate information for the true state of HBV infection and replication,and judging effectiveness of Anti-virus treatment. The HBV M quantitative determination set up a basis for HBV data management program.
