14MW水火管热水锅炉锅筒内部装置改进设计

摘要 长期以来,中小型水火管热水锅炉因锅筒内部装置(下简称"锅内装置")设计不合理而引发的锅筒前管板裂纹问题屡屡发生。通过采用锅筒内热量平衡与流量平衡相匹配的方法对一台14 MW水火管热水锅炉锅内装置进行改进设计,彻底解决了其前管板裂纹问题,为中小型水火管热水锅炉锅内装置的合理设计与改进提供了有益的参考。 For a long time, boiler front tube plate crack happens repeatedly in small and medium - sized water -/'ire tube hot water boiler caused by the unreasonable design of inner device. Therefore, by improving the design of one 14 MW water- fire tube hot water boiler drum inner device, adopting a new method of boiler heat balance and flow equilibrium matching ,completely solved the problem of the front tube plate crack, provides a useful reference for the rational design and improvement of small and medium - sized water - fire tube hot water boiler inner device .
