摘要
应用生物软件和互联网服务器对人乳酸脱氢酶-C4(1actate dehydrogenase C4,LDH—C4)的二级结构、可塑性、亲水性、表面可及性及抗原指数等参数进行综合分析,预测其B细胞抗原表位分布.人LDH-C4存在多个潜在的B细胞抗原表位,可能位于第13—22、97—107、216—227位氨基酸区域.运用生物信息学方法确定了人LDH—C4可能存在3个B细胞抗原表位,对进一步研究人LDH—C4的抗原性和研发表位避孕疫苗具有重要意义.
The secondary structure, flexibility, hydrophilicity, accessibility and antigenicity of lactate dehy-drogenase C4 (LDH-C4) were analyzed by using the biology software and the internet server, and the B-cell antigenic epitopes of LDH-C4 were predicted. Muliple potential B-cell antigenic epitopes were predicted to be present in LDH-C4, the possible B-cell antigenic epitopes were located in the amino acid regions of 13-22, 97-107 and 216-227. There were 3 B-cell antigenic epitopes in LDH-C4 determined by bioinformatics methods. These results are significant in the further research of LDH-C4 antigenic and development of epi-tope contraceptive vaccine.
