无创正压通气治疗慢性阻塞性肺病合并呼吸衰竭疗效观察

Clinical effect of non-invasive positive pressure ventilation on chronic obstructive pulmonary disease with respiratory failure

目的评价慢性阻塞性肺病(COPD)合并呼吸衰竭使用无创正压通气(NIPPV)的冶疗价值。方法回顾分析56例COPD合并呼吸衰竭患者行NIPPV治疗(NIPPV组),另有同期42例COPD合并呼吸衰竭患者采用标准治疗方法(标准组),比较两组患者的气管插管率、住院时间及病死率。结果 NIPPV组较标准组气管插管率、平均住院时间、死亡率明显减少,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 NIPPV可明显改善COPD合并呼吸衰竭患者呼吸状况,疗效显著。

Objective To evaluate the value of the cure of non - invasive positive pressure ventilation （NIPPV） for chronic obstructive pulmonary disease （COPD） with respiratory failure. Methods The clinical data of 56 cases of COPD with respiratory failure patients treated with non- invasive mechanical ventilation （NIPPV group） were retrospectively analyzed; another 42 cases of COPD with respiratory failure patients were treated by standard treatment in the same period （standard group） ; then the trachea intubation rate, length of hospital stay and mortality of the two groups were compared. Results Compared with standard group, NIPPV group ＇s endotracheal intubation rate, the average length of hospital stay, and mortality rate decreased significantly, and there was statistically significant difference （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion NIPPV can obviously improve breathing of COPD with respiratory failure patients, and the curative effect is remarkable.
