高龄高血压患者的盐敏感性及血管重构相关性分析

Correlation analysis between salt sensitivity and vascular remodeling in elderly hypertensive patients

目的对高龄高血压患者进行盐敏感性与血管重构的相关性分析。方法选取2010年3月到2012年3月期间在我院住院治疗的180例高龄高血压患者作为研究对象。首先对患者进行盐敏感性知识的问卷调查,高血压患者通过急性盐水负荷试验来检测高血压患者的盐敏感性,患者口服二甲双胍,在试验前均不服用降压药,进行血管重构程度检测。结果 94.4%的患者不知道盐敏感性高血压,97.2%不知道盐敏感性高血压的预防方法,36.1%的患者接受限制高盐饮食;115例是盐敏感性高血压患者,65例为非盐敏感性高血压患者;治疗后盐敏感性患者与非盐敏感性患者血压及血糖值比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);高血压患者的动脉弹性参数Ep为(117.97±28.70)kPa。结论高龄高血压患者的盐敏感性与血糖的调节有关,通过调节盐敏感性,改变血管的构造,从而有益于血压的稳定维持。

Objective To analyse the correlation between salt sensitivity and vascular remodeling in elderly hypertensive patients. Methods Totally 180 cases of elderly hypertensive patients from March 2010 to March 2012 in our hospital were selected as research subjects. Firstly the survey of patients with salt - sensitive knowledge was performed. The salt - sensitivity of hypertensive patients was assessed through acute saline load test, and the patients were treated with metformin. They received no blood pressure medication before the test, then vascular remodeling level was checked among all patients. Results 94.4% of the patients did not know the salt - sensitive hypertension, 97.2% did not know the methods of prevention of salt - sensitive hypertension, and 36.1% of patients received limiting high - salt diet. A total of 115 cases with high blood pressure had salt sensitivity, 65 cases with high blood pressure were not salt sensitive. The difference in blood pressure and blood sugar levels between salt sensitivity and non - salt sensitivity patients was statistically significant （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Arterial elasticity parameters Ep in hypertensive patients was （ 117.97 ± 28.70） kPa. Conclusion Salt sensitivity and blood sugar regulation are correlated in elderly patients with hypertension ; by adjusting the salt - sensitivity and changing the structure of blood vessels, the blood pressure may remain stable.
