预见性护理能力培训对提高神经内科护理质量的效果分析

The effectiveness analysis of nursing care competency training in improving nursing quality of neurological nurses

目的探讨预见性护理能力培训对提高神经内科护理质量的效果。方法 2012年1月至2013年1月实施预见性护理能力培训(试验阶段),并与实施常规性护理(对照阶段)进行对比。结果与对照阶段相比,试验阶段护理人员服务意识、工作责任心、解决问题能力、专科知识学习能力、专科操作能力、预见性护理能力、患者满意度评分显著提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验阶段护理意外事件发生率、患者并发症发生率显著低于对照护理阶段,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究阶段两组满意度评分、住院时间优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对神经内科专科护理人员实施预见性护理能力培训能有效提高护理人员专业知识水平及业务技能,减少护理意外事件及患者并发症的发生,有利于提高患者满意度。

Objective To explore the effectiveness of nursing care competency training in improving the nursing quality of neurology. Methods The nursing care competency training was implemented from January 2012 to January 2013 （study phase）, and it was compared with the routine care （ control phase）. Results The research phase nursing service awareness, sense of responsibility, problem solving skills, specialist knowledge and learning ability, specialist operational capability, nursing care capabilities, patient satisfaction scores of study phase were improved （ P 〈 0.05）. The rate of complications of study phase was lower than that of control treatment phase （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. The satisfaction score and duration of hospitalization of two phases were significantly different （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The implementation of nursing care competency training among specialist nurses in the department of neurology can effectively improve the level of expertise and business skills required to reduce accidents and patient care complications, and it also helps to improve patient＇s satisfaction.
