人透明带与卵母细胞胚胎质量和发育潜能的关系 被引量：2

摘要 受精是精卵相互作用严格有序而又协调发育的复杂过程,而人类卵子受精过程中透明带（zona pellucida ,ZP）起着不可替代的作用.ZP是哺乳类动物卵母细胞外围包裹一层半透明丝状体酸性糖蛋白膜,保护卵子和受精卵免受外界的伤害;在受精过程中,精子必须要穿过ZP这一阻止种间受精的屏障.ZP异常可能导致卵母细胞受精失败,多精受精,胚胎质量、发育潜能下降等一系列问题.ZP在生育中的有着不可或缺的作用,导致近年来越来越多的学者都开始关注ZP,并深入的研究其结构和功能特性.本文就ZP的组成、分子结构、生物学功能及其与卵母细胞及胚胎发育潜能的关系进行综述.
