摘要
利用高速溅射法制备了系列非晶CexRu100-x化合物样品.X射线衍射实验表明,样品均处非晶态.通过X射线吸收精细结构测量获得了Ce L3,L2,L1边X射线近边吸收谱,其中Ce L2边吸收谱呈现两个峰,分别对应2p1/2电子跃迁到空5d态(最终组态4f1)和2p1/2电子跃迁到空5d态(最终组态4f0),跃迁能量随着Ce浓度的增加而趋向低能级.
The amorphous phase of the CexRu100-x system was fabricated by DC high-rate sputtering.X-ray diffraction patterns indicate that they are in the amorphous phase.We measured X-ray absorption fine structure to obtain the Ce L3,Ce L2,Ce L1 absorption near edge structure.The spectra at the Ce L2 edge for amorphous CexRu100-x (x=9,43,80) consists of a couple of peaks,which represent transition from 2p1/2 bound state to unoccupied 5d state with final configurations 4f1 and transition from 2p1/2 bound state to unoccupied 5d state with final configurations 4f0.The Ce transition energy estimated shift to the lower energy with increasing the Ce concentration.
