低频方波脉冲磁场方向对电厂循环冷却水中异养菌杀菌率的影响 被引量:3

摘要 通过螺线管磁场方向与循环冷却水流方向"同向"和"反向"的对比实验,研究了低频方波脉冲磁场对电厂循环冷却水中异养菌的杀菌效果.实验结果表明,当水流方向与磁场方向相同时,杀菌率大于"反向"时的杀菌率.从蛋白质的电偶极矩及异养菌细胞的抗磁性角度,分析了产生这一现象的原因:异养菌中含有抗磁性物质,当水流方向与磁场方向相同(相反)时,异养菌受磁场力的作用做减速(加速)运动,所以通过螺线管时的"同向"移动时间小于"反向"移动时间,从而在宏观上表现出"同向"时的杀菌率大于"反向"时的杀菌率. The comparison experiment of sterilization by pulsed solenoid magnetic field were carried out in same/reverse flow direction of circulation cooling water.The bactericidal effect of low frequency square wave pulse magnetic field for the heterotrophic bacteria of circulating cooling water of power plant was studied.Experimental results show that when water flow direction is same with magnetic field,sterilization rate is greater than the reverse.It maybe due to the electric dipole moment of the protein,and diamagnetic of heterotrophic bacteria cells.When water flow direction is same (reverse) with magnetic field direction,heterotrophic bacteria do the decelerating (accelerating) motion by magnetic field force.So the heterotrophic bacteria cells move slower in same with water than reverse in magnetic field,the result lead to sterilization rate of "same" greater than "reverse" in the macroscopic aspect.
