竞技体育后备人才培养模式研究

Research on Cultivating System of Competitive Sports Reserved Talents

探讨了竞技体育后备人才的培养问题,认为构建和完善"教体合一"、"体教结合"和"多元化办训"的人才培养模式,开展学校"多级化"竞赛等方式,有利于拓宽竞技体育后备人才的选材面和规模,提高后备人才培养的质量和成才率.只有不断完善竞技体育后备人才的培养体系,才能保证竞技体育的可持续发展.

Cultivating models of ＂Unification＂ and ＂Combination＂ of education and sports will help to expand selection area,strengthen the bases,and increase yield rates of competitive sports reserved talents,as well as to improve athletes＇ cultural knowledge.In this context,the current study constructed three cultivating models,which were ＂Unification＂ and ＂Combination＂ of education and sports,and ＂Training with diverse methods＂ respectively.We proposed that educational departments should set up a multipolar competition system,and sports management departments need to pay much attention to strengthening the coach training program in order to perfect the cultivating system of competitive sports reserved talents and ensure sustainable development of competitive sports in our nation.
