男性2型糖尿病患者颈动脉硬化与腰椎及髋关节骨密度的相关性研究

摘要 目的:探讨男性2型糖尿病患者颈动脉硬化与腰椎及髋关节骨密度的相关性.方法:本研究为回顾性调查研究130例男性2型糖尿病患者根据颈动脉彩超结果分为颈动脉硬化组66例和对照组64例.结果:①颈动脉硬化组平均糖尿病病程较对照组长,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);颈动脉硬化组Troch、FN、Wards tri、L2、L3、L4、L2~4及左前臂Prox的t值较对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).②男性2型糖尿病患者骨密度与年龄、颈动脉硬化、AKP负相关,与BMI正相关,有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:男性2型糖尿病合并颈动脉硬化者的骨密度较无颈动脉硬化者低,男性2型糖尿病患者的骨密度与是否合并颈动脉硬化及年龄、BMI、AKP相关.
