Considerations on Key Works of Current Agricultural Science and Technology Management

农业科研单位作为科技创新的主力军,应抓住国家实施创新驱动战略的机遇,及时调整创新组织形式。文章从加强优势学科建设、完善项目体系、做细转化项目、加强对外合作等角度,提出了农业科研单位在农业科技管理方面应加强的重点工作,以促进农业科研单位创新能力的提升。

Agricultural scientific research units, as main body of scientific and technical innovation, should catch the opportunity brought by the implementation of innovation strategy in China to adjust innovative organization forms timely. Key works of agricultural scientific research units in the management of agricultural science and technology were proposed in the paper from such aspects as strengthening the construction of superior disciplines, perfecting the project system and transformation projects, strengthening international cooperation, etc. This was for promoting improvement of innovation ability of agricultural scientific research units.
