摘要
文章总结了近年来农业科研院所离退休职工呈现出来的新特点,并从当前离退休职工服务管理工作面临的新形势和新问题入手,思考创新离退休职工服务管理方式、全面提高离退休职工待遇保障水平的重要举措,以期推动农业科研院所离退休职工服务管理工作的创新发展。
New characteristics of the agricultural scientific research institutions＇ retired staffs were summarized in the paper. Beginning with analysis of new situation and problems in management of retirement affairs in scientific research institutions at present, innovation management of retirement affairs and important measures to raise retired staffs＇ payment were considered. This was for promote innovative development of service and management of retired staffs in agricultural scientific research institutes.
