摘要
从国家标准《中医临床诊疗术语·疾病部分》病机描述部分中提取病机语义单元,以资源描述框架三元组的形式表述,从中获得语义关系,最终汇总成中医病机基本语义关系集合。在此基础上,从语义学角度深入分析中医病机语义关系特点、属性和模式类型,通过引入"运算框架"结构,突破了本体构建常用工具Protégé对语义关系的表述限制,解决了值域缺省即一元语义关系的本体无法表达的问题,克服了表达中医丰富多样的语义关系的技术障碍。
We extracted basi( semantic units from the description section of disease pathogenesis in national standard Clinic Terminology of Traditional Chinese Medical Diagnosis and Treatmeut-Diseases. And using the resoarce description framework's triple form, we acquired the semantic relations, and eventually aggregated into a basic semantic relations set of pathogenesis of TCM. We turther analyzed the features of semantic relationships of TCM pathogenesis, properties and mode types. "Computing l"rame" was imrodueed and broke through the expression limitation of semantic relations in Protege (an ontology construction tool), so we solved the unary-semantk relati(mship expression problem when the range is missing and the problem of describing the computing property of semantic relalions themselves as well.
