大清生物纸与速即纱预防麦默通术后出血的效果观察 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨大清生物纸与速即纱预防麦默通术后出血的效果。方法将132例患者,随机分为大清生物纸、速即纱组及对照组。大清生物纸组术中创面置入大清生物纸稠溶解液,速即纱组术中创面填塞速即纱纱条,对照组仅术后加压包扎。术后48h拆除绑带,观察是否有皮肤淤斑及术腔血肿。结果大清生物纸组有3例皮肤淤斑,未见术腔血肿;速即纱组有2例皮肤淤斑,未见术腔血肿;对照组有6例皮肤淤斑,2例术腔血肿。大清生物纸组与速即纱组术后皮肤淤斑及术腔血肿发生差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),且均少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论大清生物纸及速即纱在预防麦默通术后出血效果较好,其中大清生物纸组操作更简单,损伤更小,值得推广。
