摘要
硅光电倍增管SPM具有增益高(106)、体积小、工作电压低(~30V)、电磁干扰小等优点,特别适合应用于微光探测和体积要求小的光电探测领域。SPM具有的高灵敏度和微元结构,使其在单光子探测和计数领域得到了很好的应用。该文介绍了硅光电倍增管的基本原理、基本结构,研究了其主要的特性参数---动态范围和偏置电压。并应用SPM构建了蓝宝石光纤黑体腔高温测试系统,对系统的响应时间进行了测试,得到其平均响应时间为36.67ms。
The silicon photo multiplier (SPM) has high gain (106),smal volume,low working voltage(~30V), low electromagnetic disturbance,and it is particularly suitable for weak light detection and the require-ments of smal volume.SPM has high sensitivity and micro-cellstructure,and it is ideal y applied to sin-gle-photon detection and counting fields.The working principle and basic structure of silicon photo multi-plier were introduced,and the main characteristic parameters,dynamic range and bias voltage,were stud-ies.The sapphire fiber blackbody cavity high-temperature measurement system was built with SPM,and the response time of the system was measured.The average response time is 36.67ms.
