摘要
该文对《GJB 899A可靠性鉴定和验收试验》推荐的短时可靠性试验统计方案进行了全面梳理,归纳了四种实用性较强的试验统计方案,并阐述了每种方案的适用范围和对象,并在此基础上,对标准低风险定时试验统计方案17加以改造,有效地减少了试验时间。
This text researches on the short-time reliability statistical test method research which recom-mended by《GJB 899A reliability appraisal and acceptance test》,it summaries three kinds of strong practical test statistical projects and describes application scope＆object of the each project.On this basis,it modifies the standard low-risk fixed time test statistical project 17 to reduce the test time effectively.
