摘要
纳米二氧化硅(nano-SiO2)经表面处理后,与聚烯烃弹性体(POE)和聚丙烯(PP)进行共混,制得nano-SiO2/POE/PP复合材料。利用正交设计法研究该体系的最合适配方,得到拉伸屈服强度、冲击强度、收缩率和成型周期综合最佳的方案。结果表明,采用质量比PP:POE=70:30,nano-SiO2添加量为7 phr的方案,复合材料在评估的各方面取得最佳平衡。
The nano-SiO2 material after the surface treatment was mixed with PP, POE, and thus nano- SiO 2/POE/PP composite was prepared. The tensile yield strength, impact strength, shrinkage and the cycle of molding were studied, and the formulation of well synthetically properties was obtained by orthogonal design. The results showed that when mass ratio of PP to POE was 70:30, and the addition of nano-SiO2 was 7 phr, the composite had the best balanced Properties in the studied aspects.
